<p>小敏（蔡卓妍 饰）和青梅竹马的阿权（吴浩康 饰）结婚五年，但谁也没想到已婚的她竟然仍是处女。小敏原以为彼此早已接受了这个事实，并会风平浪静的把生活过下去，然而阿权此时终忍耐不住而离她而去。丈夫没了的同时，小敏的工作也没了，她心中的安稳生活彻底被打碎，她回到父亲经营的那间快要被淘汰的餐厅里帮忙。此时，神秘的五星级大厨家豪（吴慷仁 饰）获聘坐镇，原因是为了找回....... 家豪有一套独特的厨艺哲学，他认为烹饪的过程如同性爱，必须经历前戏、高潮，充满色香味的刺激；小敏跟旧同学重遇，她现职钢管舞导师，钢管舞性感美妙的动作让小敏不禁羡慕不己...</p>
